Domain expertise is a very important aspect in certain projects which are on advanced technologies e.g 3G field. But chances are there you might not get a suitable resource in the market who has both Technical skills and domain knowledge expertise. Scenario could be such that you can find a highly technical skilled guy but who lacks domain knowledge. Moreover company might not be ready to invest large amount to train the new hire into domain perspective. Alternatively you can find a resource skilled on domain knowledge but might not have necessary skills in technical side. In such scenario what ideas you have do to build up a competitive team to deliver the project successfully?
