Slowly but surely, modern managers are realizing that the complex situations they face cannot be approached in a routine manner. Indeed, the quest for creative solutions has become pervasive. Until now, the term 'creativity' in the business arena has mostly applied to the use of specific techniques such as brainstorming.

While such techniques can help open people up to new ideas, they are limited in their ability to help us appreciate the inherent creative potential of those in our midst.

So, how to harness creativity at workplace??

Managers & Owners should try to create a dynamic work environment. A dynamic work environment exposes an employee to different situations & enables him/her to learn new things. Moreover this act will enable employees to use their creativity in handling the situation & coming out with a unique solution.

A dynamic work environment which is also transparent and professional coupled with a good treatment of employee by employer should promote an atmosphere where out of the box thinking is not just encouraged but happens spontaneously.

That is when creativity really kicks in!!

Every person have stress in his life. If a manager, appreciate the candidate for his new ideas, work and ability to do. Then their will be the improvement in the candidate performance. He will feel good, comfortable and will try to adjust him accordingly.

might sound a little uncorporaty, but yes.. if we try to chill out for an hour with all the staff, with some coffee and talk sharing... putting in the current issues into discussions, we might get some really creative solutions coming.

It's quiet simple, being creative is being out-of-box. take them out of the box, and your team starts thinking and working beyond...
