Ollege campus interview is the best to find a talent for training.
Always better through colleges as you have a better grip on them because of the involvement of the college's placement cell.
yes we can do it . pheraps best and easy way to recruit management trainees. but we should be very wise in selecting management trainees. basically before hiring should put them to common general knowledge and aptitude test also put them in group discussion to see their commonication skills and their body language so that we can choose them wisely to develop our economy with less effort.

A fusion of multi-systems would definitely generate better results with WIDER CHOICES. Today we have an array of verticals to choose from, say, job portals, campus selection, ads, etc. We can get people from different regions, backgrounds, capacity, knowledge, abilities etc. It will give augment to choose from wider spectrum, wherein, we may be lucky to get out of the box thinking new-generation breed. Sticking to any one mode will not have this possibility. |
