I support, in any field, continuous performance will do a creditable image which is the only longlasting one. Other tricks mentioned in the topics are only temporary. Why even lady bosses? They also read the same subject, same analytical skill and idealogies and thoughts. They will also do the same management. Wherever you work you have to perform well, not for who is your boss. Of all the arguments listed on this page, only Satnam has hit the bullseye. My personal experience supports his theory. Just be a yes-man, keep nodding your head, boost her ego, never raise your voice, and voila, you win her trust. Her problem is, she works from the heart, not the mind.
To impress Lady Boss is quite easy, Only thing is that you have to act according to his demands.

What Alex said is totally correct. To add up a lady boss is perfectionist so follow the tip and you will be liked.
When I say perfectionist , in addtion to honest, one should be absulutely perfect in terms of job profile, dress sense, human behaviour and last but not the least apparence.
