As most of them put it, that it is very easy to launch a new product, but everybody knows how complex the whole procedure is, and it is even difficult when it comes to launch a new product in a retail bank, so the question that arises is like, How to launch a new product from a Banks perspective??

Like what all goes before introducing a new product to its customers??...Share your views on this.

I guess this should be given more importance than anything else, where as one should conduct research regarding products which are either similar or having same interest rates that you have, so in what way this bank is providing them that difference or what is that there in your product that makes a customer choose this product over other products which are there in other banks, so conducting research on various aspects is very much necessary during a launch of a new product.

Everybody might think that research is done before drawing out the plans while developing the product, but it is also more necessary while the launch of the product, If you want that your product launch strategy should benefit your product, you need to research. A research which can unveil hidden secrets and give various insights.

In the present day world the customer needs are ever changing, therefore it has become very difficult launch new products by different banks to suit all needs of the highly educated customers.

No doubt a research is required before launch of a new product.It is equally important to make economic viability of the product when compared to existing products which suits to the customer is more important. At the same time the product should not adversely impact the interest income of the bank.

After launching the product, it is equally important to market the product to get more benefit out of it
