Viral Marketing

idea posted by Viktor Stephen COO, I Entrepreneur
Getting brands onto social networks is one of the hottest topics of the marketing world these days, from partnerships with MySpace and Facebook to "appvertising" on their developer platforms.

The whole idea behind the concept of viral marketing is that You're not a marketer anymore, you're not a public relationships professional anymore, you're just a person who knows what you're talking about, so you're just able to jump in and cultivate relationships. Humaniz the story.

Isnt it amazing how a thought that appeals to your thought threads finds immediate responses!! Viral, derived from the word virus.... meaning something that spreads and spreads wild!! Its like a plague that just bowls you over!!

It has the potential to entice, influence and at the same time 'converts' non believers into believers. Reason: You identify with the people who are supporting the story!!

I am all for it!

Viral marketing and viral advertising refer to marketing techniques that use pre-existing social networks to produce increases in brand awareness or to achieve other marketing objectives (such as product sales) through self-replicating viral processes, analogous to the spread of pathological and computer viruses. It can be word-of-mouth delivered or enhanced by the network effects of the Internet.Viral promotions may take the form of video clips, interactive Flash games, advergames, ebooks, brandable software, images, or even text messages.

The goal of marketers interested in creating successful viral marketing programs is to identify individuals with high Social Networking Potential (SNP) and create Viral Messages that appeal to this segment of the population and have a high probability of being passed along.

Twitter is the top viral marketing tool available today as it is available on the internet as well as on the mobile phone.

This is an excellent idea..  But Viral marketing  is made more powerfukl when we use the right kind of tools. Now a days people are more  convinient in watching a video on the website than reading the entire content.  If you dont believe, kindly check out !!  Google  Chrome - The latest browser's back end architecture is to support videos on the website with high buffering speed and clarity...  Y  had  google done this?  Because  as per Forrester Research, most of the websites / companies are planning to have  videos on their websites..

Now, its not a big task at all. sending video emails,  live video streaming is all made much Simpler. To know more about this.. kindly register @  www.partimejobz.com  or   feel free to call me -  shyam at 99028 73988 Bangalore, India.  We could improve the business drastically with this

But, now a days, people are scared of receiving viruses through blue tooth devices and there are multiple vendors doing this, which could lead to distrust or  under branding !!

Mobile marketing is not bad.. But how much of the content /  ad  can it deliver ? Thats again anotther issu.  As you know, a picture talks 100 times more than words, similarly, videos talk 100 times more than pictures...  Rite ?  So, sending video advertisement is better..  But again its too costly which exceeds the marketing budget ..  So, i had got a simple way with less advertising / marketing budget to promote your offerings through ideo mails..  To know more about this kindly register at www.partimejobz.com    or  camm me   Shyam @ 99028 73988, bangalore, India

Yes Nagesh mobile is a very important source for companies to make use of in launching a new product. They can make people aware about the product even before its launch by sending SMSes and Videos so that it enters the concious of the people and this is the first step to lure customers in buying your product.

what say?

Are you in conversation, debate or even a forum, that you need to ask yourself this question?? Simply put, if the situation demands that you share, you DO!! If your assessment of people around you warns you not to open your pandora's box.... DONT!!

communicating the thought has to be weighed with the place, company and the occassion that you are involved in!! There is no such thing as a 'FREE LUNCH'! But if you need a buyer to back your idea then you NEED to share the idea!! How you then m,anipulate the situation to create your own opportunities to make moolah out of it is entirely dependent on your idea and your grey areas!!

Advertising is now a days become a full fledged service industry.. mere selection of media can not be helpful on the part of innovation, implementation and punctuality... it's now time consuming, money requiring and full of creativity and programme management based planning with effective and timely implementation that matters in this field if you want to establish your brand sincerely in the market as well as in the minds of the people.... so take care and plan accordingly... firstly you must have a target then every thing is manageable.....

A product can be tested directly by choosing your consumer, allowing him/her to use it thoroughly. Gather feedback and compute the results and then wait for WOMMA! its time consuming but very effective!

When a direct end user is handed a product for a 'FREE' use, the effects of the usage can swing both ways. It influences the user to swing 'in favor' because they are the 'first' priveleged users and hence the bias to the product is purchased. The users make use of this 'free' opportunity and also rate and offer feedback. These can be effectively used by the brand/product and then publicised to create a stir. This process is used very extensively by TSN's the world over. What is creates is a string of Word Of Mouth Marketing ripple (WOMMA) that can be used emotionally and showcased effectively to 'bias' eyeballs reading / viewing it!!

Power to WOMMA

This is also happening in a very smart way where volvo buses that i have seen in bangalore and popular trains across the country and in abroad where airplanes are used for marketing a new product because in all these transport system there are people of upper middle class and rich people travel, this way of innovative advertising is doing wonders for their businesses, because there is more people going to these transport systems and mainly the public where they watch from outside basically these things will travel all over the city and and make effective ad campaigns of your new product.

Video Emails

idea posted by Shyam Assistant Manager, Magna Infotech

As you are already aware of, People spend most of theri time in front of computers. Atleast 8 to hours per day! And mostly through Emails. So, sending a mail about your offering is a old style. Send video emails about your offering to attract more prospects easily!! Having a vetry low advertising budget with minimal market information you can reach almost all the targetes people through video Emails. Its nothing but a technology enabler.. If you would like to know more about Video Emails / Advertising kindly contact me :  Shyam @ 99028 739888  Bangalore, India

Video emails is just one of the tools that are being used to innovatively showcase yourself and/or your business. It is definitely a brilliant way of engaging your TG and directly influencing them right where they are. It carries a certain amount of seducing quality as you are in your element and free flow that deosnt bind you or have you tongue tied if you are present in a room full of stuffed shirts who are gazing skeptically at you and looking as though they might just snap their teeth onto you like a dog with a biscuit dangling in front of you!!

I also think this fan based advertising will really work because its working wonders in the European market where there is fan based advertising through football where they target particular fans of football clubs and market their products of which fans will definitely love to associate and be a part of it. I think in India now IPL is catching up so they can also do fan based advertising and make this as an effective tool of advertising. This is a very good ad related to fan based advertising which helps the sale of the particular product through which fans associate...........
