An organization can only prosper if the emplyees give their 100% and this can only happen if they love their work and are interested in it. So, i think that there should be learning in the organization. It can be formal or informal because the main idea is to make the employees iinterested. |

As any org needs to continually monitor the performance of its products or services in the market to remain viable,it has to hand-in-hand be observant of the changing work environments to facilitate satisfacton and productivity. It has to regularly upgrade and improve the internal environment to its people fully charged. Satisfaction comes from a wide range of factors,starting from well designed infrastructure to work challenges.good paypackage and scope of growth. It is not enough for an org to just have these only in paper,they should be implemented across the org at all levels evenly. The problem arises when we have a robust Human Resource Department without a humanistic outlook.......after all ,we all know " Work is where the Heart is" |

Friends, I know it is very critical to determine an employee wants in an organization. But it is required to build a better work place, so the companies should conduct a survey and identify the drivers of job satisfaction. Usually employees want to do challenging, rewarding work that matters and they expect the company should inform them of what’s going on in the firm. So the organization should give meaningful work to their employees and maintain good communication with them. |
