So determine how timely your clients expect you to be and fulfill his needs. |

According to me assurance is the best way to impress the clients. Clients need to be assured that their lawyer is professionally credible and competent, that he or she is knowledgeable, skillful, and trustworthy, and that their lawyer has, at minimum, what is required to be professionally competent. Lawyers should demonstrate their abilities to clients at every opportunity and at every contact with the client. This will create a assurance that they are receiving competent legal services. |
