according to me at this point, a need for change when it is recognized, It could be an opportunity, threat, strength, or weakness that the company has to address. The subject of change could have been discovered in any internal or external company event. The problem must be accurately checked and well defined to determine what must be changed and what objectives are that needs to be changed. With this analyzing one should start to cope with change...

I agree with Inani. To make a change, first we have to analyse the problem for which we need the change. By analysing that, and implemening in the second plan, we can make better decisions...

Change is inevitable. In fact the success of any business depends on knowing when to change, what to change, how much to change, etc, First thing to do is to assess the requirements of change and catalogue the areas which need change, Prioritise the areas and take up the most important one and the connected areas. One important thing is "do not try to implement all the changes together. Implement one at a time". Prior to implementing the change, take all the stakeholders and the people who are going to be affected into confidence. Plan. discuss and implement one change at a time. Proper planning is very important. " Failing to plan is actually planning to fail" |

Once we prioritize the areas needing change, it is essential to work a strategy to implement the change required in the environment and then ensure its implementation and institutionalisation. Subsequently the next area or change intervention has to be taken up and institutionalised by teams working on the concept of change in an organisation. Like this areas that need change shoule be transformed into new interventions/agents of change

I agree with other idea sayig analyzing the problem but implementing change is very much necessary in todays market. This step involves the inventory of past and present change initiatives and a complete account of what so far has been accomplished in the change scenario. Also, the specific change techniques that must be employed must be determined like with people, financial, processes, technology, and facilities.
