man, if u feel low....d best way is to recall tht tme...whn u were high...u did somthng remarkable,adorable .....hw u hv coped wid tht situatn....u'll fnd tht this is nothng ...i am born to keep aside dese thngs frm lfe....if u try to b happy instinctly by urself,,,u'll fnd mny reasons 2 b happy....2 load fun agn in ur lfe.....keep rockin....ths is the only lfe..u hav..coz no one really can gurantee u for th nxt chance... so be happy and let othrs also feel happy 4 u......nd also support my idea ...nd mke me happy also...... |

Friends, according to me humour is one of the greatest and quickest method for reducing stress. Humour also gets your brain thinking and working in a different way, it distracts you from having a stressed mindset. Distraction is a simple effective de-stressor. It takes your thoughts away from the stress, and thereby diffuses the stressful feelings. |

Sudarshna Kriya method of respiration invented by Sri Sri Ravishankar is highy helpful in discharging mental stress. Every entrprise where lot of workers/employees are working may introduce this exercise at least for 2 hours in every week, this will give you better result. According to me no better medicine than sudarshana kriya respiratory exercise to overcome mental stress. That will teach you the art of living. No doubt fun will reduce mental stress but that equally reduces the serious attitude towards productivity, mediation and yoga will reduce stress retaing its serious attitude towards productivity too. |

Be patient.Always take positive side, because in modern working environment com competition is more and more, and if you want to survive in this you have to be cool minded, don't take stress on any problem because there is no problem which can't be solved so keep this in your mind and just revise or try to think about your past experiences in which you got successes or got praises you will definitely feel better. |

I guess the answer to the question lies in accepting the fact that we, human beings, are responsible for making our work places stressful. Besides, now-a-days, stress is all pervasive; we have stress at home (keeping spouse and kids happy), stress in movie halls (whether it has got a good fire exit), stress in air-travel (whether we will land safely or crash); stress in Disneyland (whether the roller-coaster will jump the rail)... So, guys, whenever you feel stressed up, think of a song that you like the most and start humming. If you have the privilege of an open space, take it to the highest tenor!! 5 minutes into it and you will find you are feeling better; further, more the merrier i.e. the more people join you, the better is the impact of release of stress.. So.. keep humming!! |

I think one of the factors that contributes to job burnout is unclear requirements. If you don’t know exactly what’s expected of you, or if the requirements keep changing with little notice, you may find yourself much more stressed than necessary. If you find yourself falling into the trap of never knowing if what you’re doing is enough, it may help to have a talk with your supervisor and go over expectations, and strategies for meeting them. |

I dont know which side to take because both are equally tough ones. Idealistic professionals are few but still there are performers. I am not satisfied by the sides given. |
