I think 360 evaluation technique can be used to gather information about an employee from all around them. This is usually done through a survey. The same survey is distributed to people with different relations to the individual. That is the feedback would come from subordinates, managers and co-workers in the organization. This would help us to know from every angle whether the employee is satisfied or not. |
