This was something which was said by Azim premji recently.....It would be great if one helps in the development of people from the below poverty line than rich getting richer all the time, the mismatch will be evident all eternity where rich will be getting rich and poor becoming even more poor.  But what Mr. Premji has said makes sense but how will it happen one has real ambiguity over there. So, how to not make already who are rich even more richer?  Share your thoughts on this people....

Rule which makes one cannot pass assets to their generations....

idea posted by Amrita Animation/Graphic Artist, Creative design

I think it is better to bring up the people below poverty line which would add to the development of the nation rather than passing on the richness from generations to generations which would just make the rich richer and poor the poorer.... People who have had the fortune to accumulate wealth should give it back to the society rather than passing it on to subsequent generations.

Live and let live others also. There must be a proper distribution of wealth in such a way everybody should have benefits. The government may fix some limits beyond which no one can have assets. But is it possible in India or world over? Today the government is being run by big industrial houses in India behind the screen. The rich people or the big industrial houses should realize themselves that they should help the needy or poor people for their well being, at least the min basic requirements of the needy people.

Amrita very well said. Please tell me if that will be the rule why people will generate more wealth? Yes there should be a clause in IT if somebody donates 15% of their profit to the BPL families in that case they will have to pay 50% tax on reduced earning and it should be done whose profit is more than say 100 crores per quarter in that case I feel the industrialist will come forward and donate.

promote buisness opprtunities and provide cheap loans to start enterprise

idea posted by Abhishek Gupta Director , Skills Factory

What a topic, how to not make rich, richer.

  • First understand- Rich people are human being only like you and us
  • but 97% of world population falls under, higher exps than income and only 3% comes in positive zone.
  • 3% people control , 97% of worlds wealth.
  • these societies/govt are originally designed by capitalist and rich people only, in a manner that human takes a loan to buy things and than end up in loosing his confidence and risk taking power as he has family to support so he end up working harder in his job and his self created security that in job , he gets at least a fix salary every month so he can take care of his monthly bills, Rather than going for business and enterprise. he start seeking instant gratification than  delayed but higher benefits. he start trading his working hours to earn more money, he looks for security, comfort zone, dont see dreams, do compromise-, study hard , get good marks to get good college, good MNC job- go to work come back home for years and teach same things to their generation and it goes on, Poor remain poor as they choose to.
  • Rich People-
hire people like you and us- as employee and outsource some business to small businessmans and professionals, freelancers-- to work for them.
  • rich people dont work for 12 hrs a day and every day as THEY have hired so many people to work for them.
  • Rich people- dont look for securities, short term results, fixed mind sets, try to do everything of their own, - They leverage resources- money- time.
  • they go to school, study to know, which co to buy and how to take business to next level.
  • In short- Rich would remain rich as they are running relay, they pass on this mindset and courage in their generation to take risk.
  • Poor would remain poor till they dont make change in mindset's as we are running marathon( All alone till we die)
  • Only thing to spread for social cause- promote entrepreneurship and open your eyes, form groups, raise awareness, get pool of buisness idea's, get cheaper loans for start ups, tax benefits

Make Employees as Partners in the Business

idea posted by Dhawal IT Consultant, Electro Industries
Thanks Amrita 4 invite... Very gud....Zara Hatke topic.... I am very much with Abhishek... I have seen people,as all might have seen, crossing the Poverty line are now much above that... Times they have taken risk...Their luck favoured...Business grew like anything...and now they much richer....And once you are there...then Paisa Paise ko khinchta hai....Money multiplies... One thing I found in them...that they think bigger...they see opportunity in every business....just keep updated themselves with the market and explore the possibilities.... Personally I advise those people who want to become rich to follow thier qualities like these... But yes, returning to the topic...I have seen that Businessman, generally, doesnot have the knowledge as his/her employees have...about his/her product/service... In fact they are the backbone of the Business...But they grow in experience but not in Wealth...So they should be made as Business Partners so they also not equally but rationally benefited as the Business Owner. Also it adds to the motives of the employees, they will work as of their own, rather than working for the job sake....Though the share of the Employees is less but is significant..

Hello! Amrita !!

The World knows the Technology Billionaire , His Excellency Azim Premji by the Designation of THE CHAIRMAN OF THE WIPRO. In my Dena Bank ,we too deployed the Wipro Computers for our Core Banking Services @the Finacle Software.

As you rightly said, it makes sense in  his own words and I can add he invented this problem which economically  gives more intellectually than the Solution of those going to be posed by somebody like me as below.

Most efficient from the economic viewpoint , to use your own words "how will it happen one has real ambiguity over there" , there is available pertinent knowledge called the PIP Technique Application  to tame your sense and tense of ambiguity !

The PIP is elaborated as the "Primal and Inverse Problem (PIP)" . The PIP recherche is not only structural but also constructive technique in application to the real world-class problems such as your debate-point and His Excellency's context. The dilemma could hardly be viewed as ambiguous nor arbitrary nor wilful decision nor an adverse effect on a global-scale with the help of the PIP known as technically that primal problem is simpler to solve than the inverse. Some dilemma evolved point to an easily solved primal problem so that it does not require even special attention. Factually, the Inverse problem cannot be solved without first solving the primal.

Your Ideate suspiciously resembles to me the reasoning of a Hero of the Dunce , a comedy by the Russian playwright, Dennis (Not the Menace !) ,who thus advocates the uselesseness of  Geographical Knowledge :"What the hell are coachmen for ? It is their business . And the Science is not for nobles. A nobleman will only have to say : bring me there and here , and they will bring him wherever he wishes ."

Trace Out the Black Money they have in swiss account and use them for development of the nation.

idea posted by Tanima First Medical Services Pvt. Ltd.
We need to start a movement to pressurize the government to do so! This is perhaps the only way, and a golden opportunity, to expose the high and mighty and weed out corruption! A true fact- IPS officers have deposited in foreign banks in their illegal personal accounts a sum of about $1500 billion, which have been misappropriated by them. This amount is about 13 times larger than the country's foreign debt. With this amount 45 crore poor people can get Rs 1,00,000 each. TOP FIVE INDIA $1,456 BILLION RUSSIA $470 BILLION U.K. $390 BILLION UKRAINE $100 BILLION CHINA $96 BILLION So the government should traceout the black money.

Make all educational Institutes incubate businesses

idea posted by Shahnawaz Islam PR & Media Relations Manager, National Institute of Smart Governance

This is a good topic. We must make all schools and colleges into business incubation centres that will help students to set up their own business individually or through teams instead of only working for others. The process of registering these businesses should be made easy, and the finance, guidance/mentorship, technology, should also be provided there. This should not be restricted to only specific MBA colleges or specific technology colleges. It should be emulated by all educational institutes which should call for volunteers in their village/town/city/locality, and when needed from outside. This has to be made applicable for all institutes so that only people who pass a certain test and get into a particular institute don't become the elites of tomorrow. Of course, this would mean changing the educational system, giving of resources by government/private bodies/NGOs and making it mandatory for the educational institutes to do this.

Being rich or becoming a millionare is not a sin or crime

idea posted by RENJITH K K HR Officer, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited [HPCL]
It is not a crime to be rich or have money. Thos epeople who have money with them are smart people and they know how to make their money grow. They invest in more and more profitable areas and make more money. I attribute this growth to the learning they have obtained. I said 'Learning' and not 'Education'. If we can impart this learning to the people, they'll better utilise their money to make more money. The consumerist culture has adversely affected the poor mostly because they already were poor and is now becoming poorer with the use of credit. imparting the knowledge in every citizen is the only solution for improving the present condition. A must read in this field is 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Mr. Robert Kiyosaki. At least read the summary at this website http://wikisummaries.org/Rich_Dad,_Poor_Dad

You need not look for regulatory control to stop rich guys getting richer. It's because of his business mind and the enterprising in him makes one richer. If you want excel them, , develop skills / mind to enterprise to accumulate money. It's all done by investing in PEOPLE. Their money is nothing but investing in unskilled/lazy people who just want a square meal / day only.

idea posted by Mathew Cherian Research Associate/Analyst, Western Michigan University
One need not feel upset at other peoples prosperity. If one need to get rich one need to work for it. Since rich are the backbone of an economy trying ot curtail their need to make money is asking for disaster. Those who have no interest in making money remain poor, but they have this rich people employing them so that they can atleast have a life lived through. One cannot wirte checks and hand over to the poor, once it is spend the poor will remain poor. One need skill and strategy to make money and the poor don't have that. Handouts will never create self sustining or independent rich people, they have to be educated and skiled before they get redied for independent money making.

Educating Poor Kids

idea posted by Ankit Gandhi MBA student, Omegan School of Business
Here i saw lots of ideas to remove poverty but they all are imaginary which one can not imply and not in their hands too. I believe removing poverty from every where you should more focus on the kids who are talented but because of money they don't get opportunity to express their self and because of that they don't grow up. I believe within poor family one must highly educated due to that they can drive and fill their family to make better place where they living right now, filling with better food, make their own self to purchase basic things which helpful in their personal life. untimely i would say one educated poor kid fill all his family with positive and good thoughts.
