Empowering employees to take calculated risks, thinking like entrepreneurial business owners develops a win-win-win environment for intrapreneur success. This way the company wins, clients win and employees win.

Giving the freedom to develop new ideas within a company is no guarantee for intrapreneurial behaviour since employees also need to be encouraged. A crucial element in the development of an organisational culture is the role of mangers. Top-level managers’ words and actions can significantly influence this culture. |
