You take the time to build positive relationships with team members. Lunchtime, after work activities arranging some time out of work where people can get to know each other will build relationships. this is not a time to talk about work.

This is the probably the best method to reduce stress. A time out facilitates better understanding of unknown personal problems of the colleague and it creates a medium for him to converse freely. he gets acquainted with others who manage stress in different ways and some of it he can take in.

Time management is a very good solution, but it should start from top management. |

1. Create good relationships in the firm 2. Try to avoid in house politics 3. Do not make a small problem a major issue 4. Try to avoid gossiping 5. Try to understand that everyone have"ego" |

You should point certain people or small groups which can interject negativity on the whole team. Address these people directly and ask them to improve their attitudes so that the rest of the team can be happier in their work. If they have a legitimate grievance let them know you are listening and deal with the problem.
