The time spent in selection is worth millions specially with freshers as they are going to be the future leaders and movers of the companies.

A right person for the right job with right compensation, with right technical skills and important of all the best and right attitude should in no case be compensated at any cost.

Time should be spent on marking people for one year over a period to select the right candidate.
