Nice method to have ~97% pure untouched monocyte culture
|

Its very difficult and long process to get pure monocyte cultures. Normally we do it by adehison to plastic surface or using magnetic beds. But in most the methods we either wash the cells very add some antibodies coupled with magnetic beds. this can activate monocytes and then all the work is spoiled. will not be good idea to come up with less expensive and efficient method where we can get pure untouched monocyte culture. |
