The mantra I have learnt in my life is keep your eyes, ears and mind open all the time . This piece of knowledge has made me to look for niche profiles to close positions. Internet is one such place , so many avenues have been thrown open. Today, every one knows that we have social media access and we can find niche profiles and potential candidates. But I will go a step further, personal branding and branding of your organization. This will attract specific type of profiles for specific position. I have tried this in my last assignment and it worked out very well.
