There have to be loopholes in the system which have made it easy for these pilots to get through without being caught. These loopholes should be examined and corrected for the safety of common man. |

Dear friends in discussion,
The phenomena of fakes is not limited to this aspect alone, they are surrounding us in several aspects it is just that we wake up once a while and show out surprise.
Unless safety and hazard prevention are treated as serious subjects, similar occurrences elsewhere may crop up and the cyclic regularity shall continue.

Neither DGCA nor any body meant to regulate such issues have a say in this matter, if the appointments of such nature have interference from the political bosses, which is a natural and accepted phenomenon, as the top positions of such bodies, some times, are filled not on natural ground! Of course, the bureaucracy cannot claim "Coalition Compulsion" excuse for such demur!

After the pilots log in their mandatory flying hours they should be put to the test through a written exam conducted by UPSC in which a practical test on a stimulator should also be held. UPSC certified pilots then can be recruited by the different airline companies.
