Set a goal for your career & planned it properly.& discuss it with your family members & they will support you by all means.
Expectations are endless,i think its better to prioritise what you need to do when.

I totally agree with Mr. Mohammed that Profession and personal life should be kept away from each other. After working hrs one should concentrate on family life.

Very true. Family is where we belong to. We all have responsilities. That too call for managing a whole lot of activities equally serious and important as in professional life

Must try to keep balance between one's work place requirement and family welfare. Taking care over and above the requirements on any one aspect can create an uncontrollable imbalance on the other aspect that can results in to disturbance of one's mental peace. Once mental peace is disturbed, you cannot prosper well, either in your career or on the life front. |

You have picked up the idea in right spirit. One should not strain his family life in preference to the lust for earning more & more.
Dear Mohammad,
At least I do not agree with your views, "How one should follow, i leave up to readers," as if you have floated an idea that should be duly elaborated to be conceived properly and followed by the readers. That should not be left for the readers to interpret in their own and different ways based on their individual presumptions.

Today it is seen that many people work for for than 12 hrs..... which ultimatly lead to the clashes in there personal life......
People forget that for what they r working and it is family.....
If u don't have family then what is the use of earning so much money........ extra time devoted to work also lead to health problem stress factor and other people perceived that the person who overwork is the slave of money.......

One finds many a person engaged in talking about work place problems at home and home problems at office there by one cannot do justice either to the office work or one's responsibilities at home |

Think about work only between entering the Company Gate & Exiting the gate.. rest of the time concentrate on personal life lest any urgent official work..

Make familiar with Family & Members, about the working environment & the details of the job & your participation. Also, the the Work-place knows your family requirements. This, many an occassion help enrich better relationship between Family & the Job. The Purpose of arranging get-together is to understand each others' requirement to enrich the Life. |

Most often individuals forget to see the bigger picture, we study, get qualified and accept a job offer this entire cycle is followed for one major incentive i,e, MONEY, which is to give the best we can to our family, BUT what our family needs from us is Money, Time, Love, Security, good ear(LISTEN) . to live we need all of this but most often MONEY takes the top seat and we get so engrossed in earning more and more that the other attributes which the family expects are lost, this creates frustration, which leads to us spending more time at work to avoid going home and walking into an arguement, and the circle continues till such time that we stop working to LIVE but start LIVING to work. Change the outlook to life and see the bigger picture.

I saw an organization where, even the employee used to remain busy in office affairs, the management made such an employee welfare measure that the employee had nothing to worry about most of his family affairs. The employee was required just to intimate the office receptionist, what his personal liability of the day was towards his family life, e.g., to see a doctor for illness of any family member, or to book a ticket for his/her or family members travel to any place, etc. The receptionist used to inform the concerned Public Relation Officer or the Welfare Officer about that day's requirement of the employee. Some person of the welfare unit used to visit his/her home along with the doctor, or take the family member to the doctor, or the PRO arranged the booking of the ticket for the employee and his/her family members. This way, the employee proved to be much more productive for the organization, while his/her work-life balance was also not disturbed, as the organization, itself, used to take care of the work-life balance of the employee. |
