3- tighten top-down design and allow bottom up within that envelope

4- establish excellent documentation skills within design department

5- adopt standardized procedures, it may take slightly more time initially, but saves 50% time once implemented

7- regularly hold meetings for review and socializing after office by way of events and sports must be encouraged

It is also a big challenge for a project manager to allocate available resources to different project until & unless he know what exactly a individual project required,while handling multi project.

Framework of controllability combines the Balance scorecard,goal/question/metric approach & participative management.Here framework views control broadly as any kind of goal-directed influence.Which will help to improve multi project management.
