This will help to drive productivity and innovation by providing a forum for building dynamic networks of co-workers, partners and customers to foster community-based innovation. Even Enterprises should also use Web 2.0 principles to deliver external websites with richer user experiences and more personalized delivery models. |

I agree with you Sandeep, organizations should use the web 2.0 tools to innovate their business processes. Those tools should be used in product development, marketing, sales, support, and revenue builder etc...
