The objective of Value Management as applied to Cicil construction project will be
"fulfill and excel in client's needs (well formulated in project scope) at minimum project cost as well as minimum project operating cost, with emphasis on material cost, project cycle time etc.
Understanding client's needs is the crucial activity in this whole exercise.

Well, it is crucial that to be able to provide the best value management in construction projects to clients, But project normally has to plan series of workshops incorporated with the project program beginning at project description strategic level, and continuing through to construction technical level. During the operations stage, lessons learned workshops and post occupancy evaluation studies can assist in improving future projects in addition to the utilization of the new facility, this can help upto level in some cases.....

I suggest that Project teams must understand of the essential business needs and success criteria of clients, users, and stakeholders and they should have a clear performance concise in terms of value objectives. The skills, expertise, and knowledge needed, No areas of ambiguity with respect to policy issues and expected outcomes. An effective team with good communications. The determination to eliminate unnecessary costs and to seek innovative solutions makes difference....
