Shouldnt we as Managers look at candidates with atleast Average 2 years work experience per company before hiring them ?

This means that we hire people only with the following profiles - 2years-1company, 4years-2companies, 6years-3companies, 8years-4companies, 10years-5companies. We reject all of those who fall lesser than this average

Now a days Human Resource has changed it's senario. It does not have limit only to Recruitment. I think with the help of Human Resource Management any company can boost up thier energy level, their competitive edge over the other company. By HRM any company can be aggressive in its growth plans because HRM provides all the functions by which employess as well as employers will motivated and if they will be motivated they will achieve thier as well as organisation goal. Their expectation if fullfilled they will provide the quality services to the organisation or company's stakeholders.
