maybe a humour zone with something like a notice board with daily cartoons or a joke etc. may we have your ideas to see how much we can build - and maybe each one of us can try and see how he can improve his little domain of influence !! |

It would be great if there is something like Humor hours on Fridays in the end of the day when people are gearing up for their weekends and there is something like a standup comedy happening from withing the organization where employees can share their talent or someone from the outside are coming and entertaining the employees and showing them how to laugh and have a good time.....remember productivity is more when the employees are happy in the first place. |
