First of all one should be able to differentiate between sales and marketing. As a MBA student what an non MBA learns over the years from the market the same thing is being taught in 2 years.
The course is complete in itself provided one try to take every session seriously. After doing MBA the same thing is to be practised in market place.

Every mba should haveability to organise and manage things well and on time, is the basic requirement of a manager in HR. Also should have a combination of academic and social skills.Since s/he is heading for a position in management, leadership potential and some persuasive ability is important. S/he should be able to work well with others (teamwork) and should have strong oral and written communication skills. S/he should be organized and responsible. |

Hi Santhoshreddy, Since you are doing MBA in HR, you should develop your presentation skills which is very much essential in the corporate world. When you search for HR job, recruiters will mainly look at your presentation skills & your HR knowledge. So please develop your presentation skills. |

being in the field related to soft skills, i would say that without a systematic presentation you cannot express your knowledge and today is the day when people do not want to higher people who are not good at soft skills or lack presentation skills
