I need to know some idea about having an excel sheet where in we can have each trainer name and location with their proficient skills wherein anybody can access the sheet without any difficulty.

I am still using an excel sheet based on technologies so that it is difficult for us to remember each and every technology the trainer takes. as every trainer takes more than 2 technologies...we would have to remember a lot which the excel sheet would provide us.
