Every company, before starting a project, asks the members to share ideas about implementing a new project. The company asks everyone to think beyond their imagination so that many new ideas can be gathered so as to improve and increase the performance and productivity. But why do the managers select only those ideas which can be accomplished within the company’s limits (budget, time, human resource, material, etc). Why not to adjust the limits according to the ideas!!! |
