If India is having Social Culture and getting educated, why divorce cases are incresing day by day in India ?

Divorce instances also depend on the age and education qualifications of a person. Statistics have proved that the age and the education qualification of a person are two important factors on which the divorce depends. People who are educated are less likely to get divorced as compared to people who are uneducated and illiterate.

Yes we have social culture & it is taught to everybody by their parents.

Let me clear one thing that being an educated is a different thing & being

cultural is another thing.

A person is educated & highly qualified does not mean that he have place for

culture & tradition in it's mind.& these divorce cases are happening mostly in

big cities & in Metros due to duplication of western life style.

Anybody is married, firstly to get legal permission from society to have sex &

then for reproduction, but currently most of our youth are having pre-maritial

sex/affair or extra maritial affair which results into insecurity among both .

Also this western work culture really changed our lives as we have ample time

to be with friends but hardly spending any time at home or for family.

Every professional is ready to sacrifice it's married life/family life for the sake

of it's career & forgot to give space to it's spouse.

Also there is an unseen competition between these highly educated husband

& wife for the superiority of the sex as they both wants the same treatment

from their resp. partner which they are getting at their work place.

Both are forgoting that marriage is a vechicle with two wheels of husband &

wife & should be go at same pace , but currently we are in the race with our

partner only to show the upper hand from him/her & ultimately results into

failure of the vechicle because of the distance in between them & final result

of that vechicle/marriage failure is "Divorce".

Many of my friends may not agree with me but it is the truth of our ultra

modern society.

After the integration of different societies and globalization, we are just borrowing the ideas along with related structures from the west. This has created the exogenic culture and gives the impression of Top-down process. This exhibits the transitional phase of Indian Society. At this juncture we are not able to reconcile one with others. This has generated the confusion amongst us. For one this is trust, for others it is education and so on.

As per Indian Courts, there are many reasons for divorce across the country and some of them are ridiculous. Here difficult to mention all reasons.

However, some interesting points regarding divorce are: - mostly confined to urbanized area, mostly educated-related, mostly economically independent-related, Top-down process.

But, why so much cry over it. Take it easy. Just celebrate and depart away, just like you celebrated and made the union and wedded together.

NOT AT ALL

Being India DIVERSE CULTURE COUNTRY More than 70% of population lives in villages.

It is quite significant in only in Metros,Urban areas no need to be panic. Our culture (system) is very strong no one can destabilize. If it, will be matter of hour.

Somehow (some may agree & some may not) modern education is drawing most of us away from our culture of tolerance. Most of us are becoming better critics of others than ours. Most of us have developed the competency to find wrongs more than finding rights.

It is also a fact that divorce rate is almost nil in uneducated Indians.

Whether in Arranged or Love-Marriages, belated realization of In-compatibility could be the major reason for most divorces and it has nothing to do with Social Culture or Education.

In India most of the big cities has adopted western culture but it is not same in small city and most of the professionals belongs small town. So there is little confusion which culture will suit and create conflict between western culture and Indian culture and may take serious turn as marriage couple may decide to separate from each other because of cultural differences and independency of both.

In a male dominated society coupled with curbs on education,movements and rights of women,it was but natural for women to remain subdued in enforcing their rights in the society.

Now the emanicipation of women has brought marrital conflicts in the open.

Situation is changing day by day and men cannot take women for guaranteed.

As society takes its own time to accept unconventioal things and social upliftment cannot change the mindset of older generation,DIVORCE cases are on the increase.But time will come when population composed of predominantly educated people will readust/reconcile the male-female equation and better sense will prevail.

Besides,increasing employment of women has given new hope and self cofidense in fighting wrong actions of their parteners who fail to give them respect and freedom as an individual.

whenever there is a loss of trust, there is a gap & this gap, in love/marriage, is called as Divorce.

Education has mostly become a means to eventually earn your living and respect. In India a person is identified with his job/financial status rather than his personality or knowledge. This has created well qualified illiterates. You will invariably find well qualified illiterates who have no clue about the real purpose of education contributing towards shattered relationships.

I am not adding in it but just brief explaining the fact that Why divorce cases are increasing these days. Because the relation between husband and wife is too serious majorly in starting years... And generally divorce cases  come in limelight from 1-5 years after marriage. people have not patience & they are just misunderstanding nature. In old India the cases were low because people were very lenient, they have full trust with his partner........

One of the main reason for divorce in India is the problem if ego between the patners. Since both are well educated, earn for their own living the mutual respect and care is missing. More time is spent with collegues in work place & lack of communication does not bring love in life.

There is lot of infulence from the western world where one choose their own living. Offcourse one should not miss out Ekta Kapoor for her cry some and other stuff serials making the minds watching those gettingnew idea....

Most couples now a days dont have the temperance or the Patience to solve issues that arise hence they give up too easily. Sadly this is the current trend of  younger generation adopting more of western Hollywood culture.

     A Marriage is done,  firstly for sexual satisfaction and lastly for the future generation. But now a days there are several ways to get sexually satisfied and nobody wants to depend and wait for marriage for sexual satisfaction. Hence no one is satisfied with a single life partner, because there is a drastic change in pre marriage life and post marriage life and it is not at all easy to accept it for everybody. There is always lack of trust in the minds of both, because of their LOVE AFFAIRS, which force them to get divorced. Living together for years is not at all a successful marriage, that is mere the helplessness.

    Our forcefully implemented ridiculous traditional marriage system is making todays youth more and more obstinate, resulting in divorce. If marriage is not necessary for sexual pleasure, if without marriage breeding can be done, then why everybody are following such silly out dated traditions like marriage I don't know? Only to get divorced? Are re!!!!
