Already you've weathered the worst of the recession. If you believe the company can turn it around, why not commit yourself to your job and see what the hard work that you've already put in can get you? But it is important to work for something you believe in. Maintaining value to your company can actually become a fulfilling goal and it can help justify your position if cutbacks are made. Loyalty and trust are qualities that take a lot of time to cultivate but virtually no time to tear down. |

it is best to be loyal to the company which offered you a job that satisfies you most. After all you work for a company with your heart in your job which pays you best in the life when you need stability.Simply jumping over the jobs does not give you any satisfaction and which more important in your life.

Attrition is the biggest problem being faced by every organisation. Engaging an employee became a big task for the management. In such a situation someone with good work attitude and capabilities if he is ready to work loyally for the organisation, he will receive the respect and recognition he deserved for besides getting Opportunities for professional development and better Compensation. He will be assured of pleasant and challenging job. He can also enjoy Good collaboration with top management. What else an employee required more than these things
