Is Google today more spam than relevant results

Totally wrong GOOGLE    does not SPAM.rather, GOOGLE bans  SPAMMING SITES when it finds that
I have been using SEO on my website several weeks ago. My website still appears on page 11 on Google when I search using my primary keyword! Please pray for me!
But today I swear I just saw my website on the FIRST PAGE, position:3 once! I was very surprised and shocked! I did not believe it! My competitors websites are 5 to 10 years old with thousands of back links and indexed URLs and my website is 20 days old with 10 back links and only 30 indexed URLs!
