Hi Everyone,

After gaining the experience and grooming themselves upto the mark, why just "regular degrees from premier institute" is the obstacle for the deserving candidates. Isn't unfair hiring practice or discrimination by some big companies so make such norms? 

Then what is the significance of rich experience and knowledge?

The best way to deal with situation is keep all data ready with you. However, not only data but but proper presentation of information is more important. If the boss is open for discussion then in a way of suggestion or a better idea can be presented.
