Freshers must be having some technical skills, some specialization in any of the technology. It will help them to make visiblity in crowd.
University degree can be gud enuogh, if it is not only about the degree. It depends more or less how a student is augmenting the technical knowedge to himself, and really enjoying and creating the things...
NO, WITH DEGREE SOME EXTRA COURSES NEED TO BE DONE

The universities are giving only the technical knowledge about the old and some of the evolving technology. But not about the new technology that are used in companies.Though it is enough for the career but the candidate will feel the difficulties when he get into the companies |

I agreed in this because as I have seen that interviewer checks practically how much you are talented and there are lots of university they gives fake results. If any student have relatives in the same university in which he/she is studying then he/she will get the highest marks as compared to ranker students. but as they don't have perfect knowledge they can't get Passed in Interview with their fake degrees... so University degrees are not enough as per my point of view...

yes i think duration to complete a degree course is enough for fresher career but syllabus should focus more on industry relevent curriculum rather than physics ,chemistry....

I think Degree + Internship experience is the perfect blend to headstart your career. It gives theoretical and practical skilled employee to the employers at relatively cheaper price and employees learn more quickly.

only university degrees are not major factor for failure of student . These degrees provide a platform on the behalf of which fresher can enter in their desired field because in many company or organization the marks of student plays a major role and without it they cna't do anything............
