NO is my answer.if she has to work long a time then why should she be doing her pending works wen she is at her home? She is to be the part of her family at that times.its no tonly the work she has to look after but her family .Its the precious moment that a family can spend together..She needs to and is a must to complete her work within the alloted time and not mix up the work n her family.

Depends on the nature of job. There are some jobs where this stipulation can be met and one doesnt have to take any homework. But there are many jobs where some after-office hours need to be put in.

If we don't know how to prioritise work and manage time, any one taking work home is viewed as "procrastinator"! At times, situation demands one to work beyond office hours, due to exigency, that's fair, not otherwise!

But there is something called as Responsibility We all earn for money, satisafaction and recognition If due to any reason we unable to finish our job that may be more important the day after then it can be more important than any other thing - This is Professioanlism Here comes the difference between a smart worker and a hard worker In corporates you need to prove yourself every time and remain in tune else you are taken over by some befitting candidate

IF its essential and you cannot manage it to complete during your duty hours it may be carried home. But this must not be a regular practice as it may effect your personnel life.

Yes bcoz we Indian want to see and do things practically and internet inspite of its global reach do not impress on this front. Moreover it is not felt reliable by many people.
