If this idea works top big 5 consultancies will have to pack their bage and catch virginia airlines ::
they might have to outsource consultancy requirements to it .

What has Toostep Management got to do with this? I thought the idea was for the members to setup a consulting group supported by the Toostep platform.

Too step has done a lot of content development now we need to make some best content popular for further reference together sector wise , start some training and development programme on line through Toostep with useful training inputs in the area of sales and marketing ,HR,finance ,ERP, to the member who are in need of learning and getting trained from the expert inputs .
