As exemplified by Mr Munshi Ramchand and myself battering a similar situation, I believe if Place(location), Time(period), Person; in Hindi (Sthaan, Kaal, Patra) along with Fate; in Hindi (Bhagya) are not in accordance to your life condition, Conscientious logic produces void results for all situations.

If such things happens with you oftentimes..then definitely there is a problem with your attitude towards work...one has to think and work onto improve their attitude and behavior towards life.

Learn to make money for yourself - become less dependent on working for a paycheck - improve your Entrepreneur skills.

Here sometimes people do work less interest in their job so better to take your interest job or make up your mind to the work. Make out some way that you like the job by creativity.

It Happen with me. then I reconcile myself and find that thier are sevral thing which i missed during my working time. Now we are ready to work with posive attitude.

Aptitude and attitude towards work need not always help you to survive in a job, neither are skill sets. I have a friend who has worked in 10 different companies in 6 years. I do not think that it is due to his aptitude or attitude that he frequently lost his job . A group of right wing hindutva people are after him just because he is from a minority community. They will not allow him to work at any place. He tried to make peace with these people and they initially did not agree. Finally, they agreed provided he gave 50% of his pay check to these hindutva people, which is not possible because you cannot survive with the remaining money. As Renne had suggested, he tried to switch to a career in business. The hindutva people advised all suppliers not to supply material to my friend. So my friend gave up that idea. He then tried his hand in the transport business. The hindutva people came to know about it and tried to bring fake court cases against my friend. Then, they advised the RTO, who was supposed to authorize the new firm, to charge a huge amount as bribe for approval of the application, almost 4 times the amount that is normally given as bribe. In addition, the hindutva people warned my friend that if he did not pay a daily percentage of money to them, then they are going to make people jump in front of his company's vehicles. My friend gave up that business too. Right now, my friend is working as a freelancer. As a freelancer, some months you get work and some months you don't have any work. Those of you who are reading this should understand that each time my friend switched a job or tries something new (like starting a business), a lot of money gets wasted as preliminary expense. This is a true story and not a cooked-up one - I can show you this person..... So the conclusion is - aptitude and attitude and skill sets will do no good in your life if we have some envious lunatics in our society.

Consider unemployment as an opportunity to enhance your skills and correct your mistakes. Never keep your mind inactive. I used to translate newspapers from Engllish to Telugu and vice versa durin my unemployment, though for a brief period. It helped me a lot.

Become less dependent on a paycheck

With jobs being very less, increase in unemployment ,increase in recession, interest rates being costly,people just look forward for marks and diviisons without soft skills or tech skills. many retrenched employees waiting for their turn and preferred as they are cheaper for companies to recruit. many losing jobs just because of jumps or many companies are re-organising their structure to reduce manpower. the manufacturing industry too reduces the permanent employees to hoodwink the labor laws that are more towards employees.just hire contract employees and keep them for years without confirming them to employments. more so the Union problems are adding to the problems of the manufacturing industry. Job seekers are not prepared to get their dream jobs or jobs in general. The government too does not have jobs ready for the youth as there are a lot of people already enrolled in the job empanelment and are waiting for their turn. hence lessons learnt are that one should be very aware of what is his ability and qualification commensurate to experience and improve the skills already have or not and compete with the people with the skills through expert training . Communication is the main trump card that many do not and many industries need a person with a fluent flair for English. well one should be professionally sound and be able to communicae his thoughts logically and with fluency

this is the foremost thing... one must be smart enough to grab the opportunities.... u take time to think what u have to do next.... the opportunities just flow like water from ur hands...

Unemployment is one of the biggest problem of India as job oppurtunities are quite less if compared with the large population. However it has given a good scope to small businesses to expand and also open up wide range of oppurtunities for self employment. Rural areas can take huge benefits from self employment all just needed is proper guidence and government scope. India have one of the highest youth population if 30 percent of it get involved in small businesses and self employment it will benefit whole economy at a large scale.

The skill set is already there and opportunies will knock again.If the person has attitude,employment will not be a problem.To get over unemployment blues one must save enugh to meet with every day expenses at least for a period of six months

Unemployment is just like a passing cloud, if one is "employable"! Take this time to introspect your "strength" and "weaknesses" and look to fill if you find any gap to charge back. Positive attitude is necessary in this case. Do not be subjective, but be OBJECTIVE and keep your mind open to look around all possible options! This time will also pass!

and look for different work forms. A change in industry would also do good.
