As we progress in life we are also rogressing towards a disorderly lifestyle. What are lifestyle disorders you have seen lately. Do these disorders annoy you or are you too suffering wiht one.

It is annoying to see someone opening packet of chips continuously through out the day and not going for lunch. It is harmful too!!

Yes. Our ancesters lived healthy for long period even without medication because of they don't have fast foods like pizza, Burgers, chips. But organic foods and natural seasonal fruits ( Not Australian preservated apples). We should drink 3 litres of clean cold water( Not COKE or Thumps up)So it is a part of Naturopathy for a yogic and sathwik life. If one will take satwik meal if automatically make their life,way of peaceful thinking.So let us adopt it for our better life.Any way thanks for referral.

jyoti, this has become a common issue now, can't help it, because of the work pressure you really don't like to eat, and to just fill that little hungry sensation no options better then chips and biscuits, it is very much happening in my office

The pattern of eating habits changes very much. May be due to Companions or Work priority or Non availability of food very close to work(if one depends on outside food),  or Even an open continental food that you need to accept against your wish.

I have been noticing peopel getting up late and then running to reach to the office and giving same excuse everytime.. I could not get up. This is not a way of living this is a disorder which needs to be corected.

 Thanks,Jyoti for referral. I find this disease spreading its tentacle gradually but surely. Metabolic syndrome is a combination of medical disorders that, when occurring together, increase the risk of developing cardiovascular disease and diabetes.It  is affecting  non challenge to most of the people in India and abroad.

I quoted life style disorder in medical term.Factually all the above life style disorders are responsible for metabolic syndrome.You become obese,over weight,diabetics,CVD and many others.It therefore suggests that you are disturbing your metabolism and falling prey to numerous diseases.

i agree with Bindu madam but still i would like to add other idea , Today life is becoming more and more fast, people are consuming every weekend (Majority saturday /sunday) junk food, People are doing business/job under pressure or stress. The schedule of dinner or lunch is improper so these reasons life is becoming imbalanced and people are suffering many disease in small age... Thanks Bindu madam for referal

Food habit is like a flow of your regular schedule. And any disruption to the same will have great impact in your day ahead. If you skip a meal - breakfast for eg. you tend to feel lousy, because your stomach is growling and you feel the rats running around your intestines. So once you get to have a stomach ful, you are at peace with the world and you tend to see both sides of the arguments and end happily any transaction or negotiations that you have entered into. Percentage of success is therefore more in the case of a power lunch than official meetings. I feel that lifestyle can get improved if you tend to follow a proper dietary habit.

(1) UNIFORMITY IN EATING HABITS SHOULD BE THE TOPMOST PRIORITY FOR EVERYONE AND IT VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON. I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT A GLUTTON.

(2) YES, WAKING UP EARLY IN THE MORNING MEANS, IT WOULD BE A "DELIGHTFUL DAY".

BOTH ARE INDISPENSABLE IN OUR LIVES.

A yesteryear actress/fitness guru of hollywood admitted that there are no fixed lines for fitness or well-being. There are broad guidelines but many of us tend to rigidly apply what goes for us to what others must do. Fitness, feeling good, having a good time differs for each one and we have to respect that. Somebody could eat french fries and potato chips all day and show no signs of ill health - others diet as much as they can and look gaunt and lifeless. Of course moderation in everything is a very good ethic. Whatever it is give me a cheerful person without a chip on their shoulder and I will be most happy to participate in any activity that we can enjoy together

As far as I am concerned I follow the near perfect eating habits. I rarely eats out. I dont like junk food. I ate three times a day. I exercise. But, I am unable to follow the sleeping habits. I woke early around 4.30 AM, but Im unable to go to bed early. This attitude showing some negative impacts. I need to overcome this. Thanks for the referral Bindu
