I think the employees are afraid of losing their jobs due to lack of projects and so before the company sacks them, they want to leave the company. I think the company should give them assurance and growth prospects such that people get confidence in the company. |

If there is so much staff exodus then there is something seriously wrong in an organization and one needs to check where one is putting that wrong foot, and here in this case I guess the managements approach is questionable, just because there will be no job in future with less number of projects coming one really can't fire them as once the talent lost will be hard to replace, and even these days many recruitment firms are telling to avoid satyam. So this makes the organization to change its policies in the first place. |
