Hi.... People who want success have to fight with many challenges. Some challenges may be a hard obstacle and some may be a soft way to failure. It is important to resist both affecting the ambition.

If you have any complains then raise it sooner than later. Do not compromise on things specially if it is prolonged issue. The solution will follow only when the issue is raised.  

One should be sincere and dedicated in their work for success in work. Also team work plays an important role.

Being a professional is one of the root causes for genuine and lasting success at one's job. This includes being loyal to the organization, being transparent in your work, being positive, proactive in the way you deliver your performance, and so on.

Team Spirit, which comes out of our own respect to our work as well as respect for that of others, which is essential ingredient to the success at work-place.

For every professional it is very important to own up to the job / assignment  he is in and stick to the responsibilities that come along with it. Success will follow automatically.

The problem faced by Hunter Gatherer socieities of old times, which made them go extinct was that they couldn't make out the non-obvious connection between moral principles and general welfare. Western societies were created with this connections strengthened in their administration of just socieites. I think India and Indians face the same problem the hunter gatherer socieities of yester years faced.

At work place an employee need be fearful and concentrate on functionality of outcomes of short and long term goals. He should be concious about the welfare of his colleagues as well as customers. There need not be room for indignition, righteous or unrighteous.

A positive working environment should be created in and around our working places will surely increase our quality of work and our success rates tooo
