Its good sign. The market condition is getting better. I think the reason of this may be because of the reason that nowadays Indian companies are getting international recognition. Lots of investment is taking place. Companies are merging and we are least influenced by global economic slowdown....

I believe that the markets are going well today as there is enough liquidity, we can also term this as a liquidity drivven rally.. Also we were all worried about the drough situation in India which would have draged the growth of the economy, but today there has been relief because of good rains and our economy achieveing GDP of 6% is possible, there has been a lot of positive sentiments because of that.. We are also getting positive signals of the revival of the US and Europe economies, people are talking about these economies comming out of recession. The companies there are showing good profits, good ecomonic numbers which have helped the international markets to rally and with all these positive global clues the Indian markets have also joined the party... |

Yes basically it is the liquidity which is driving the market at a pace. Not only the equities market but also the fund flow has been directed towards the commodities market too, like precious metals gold and silver are also near all time high.
Whereas good rains in India in the later stages has improved the crop condition of Kharif crop which was under the danger of heavy yield loss due to scarcity of rains in the initial season of monsoon. And along with that the positive global markets.
So no negative news in the market having positive impact on the market.
Its the liquidity of money shows good trend to the market. The mrket run on the money and the supply of money is the key result are for development of market.

I suggest steel is better. Infact if we see TMT rods are very much useful now a days because of its resistance and strength. It is very much available in steel market with high quality performance. Infact BIU also prefers the same. |
