According to me this is the best car and even the service that one provides from Maruti is really good and the cars have been designed keeping common man in mind and there is no problem if you are somewhere far, there many service stations all across country and surely is a great car even interms of performance and a fuel efficient car. Maruti suzuki can easily take the title "The car of India". |

Yes the advantage with Maruti is that its service centres are spread country wide and there is no dearth of the affordably priced spare parts.This leads to much lower cost of maintenance and thereby customer satisfaction.
Maruti being of a very simple technology too is not plagued by complex troubleshooting.So less down time also.
Moreover Maruti dealers always keep a good track of their customers by follow up as because competition within them is quite high and nobody wants to lose their customers.This leads to timely follow ups, service reminders and complaint redressel.
This combination of things are unmatched by any other manufacturer, so Maruti is always the first in customer satisfaction and selling more than 50% of the vehicles in India inspite of the competition around.

This is a good discussion. Maruti Suzuki, since inception, realised that NEAR IS DEAR (My Caption). They have optimised the pricing, ext. design, cozy interiors, modifications time to time, up to the date technology, training the personnel (dealer), price of spare parts, finance, insurance, driving schools, what not. Now, BFL to impart some of the initiatives of MSIL, to stay closer to two wheeler customers. However, Customers are of course satisfied with products and services of MSIL, than that of the likes. |
