According to me, an MBA degree from a foreign university communicates to employers a serious commitment to and thorough understanding of how all global factors like the economy, ethnic and cultural sensitivities, politics, and social issues affect business and how they can be used to benefit a company. It also shows leadership, versatility, and the ability to work with diverse groups of people from all over the world. |

As we all know that an MBA in foreign costs less duration like a single year to complete and opportunities are also high.and the another advantage is also that we use to get part time job there at last we ll be a post graduate person with 1 year of experience... |

If they are not getting chance in Indian Top Management Institutes/Premier B-Schools, they can go for Foreign University. At leat they are better then Indian non-premier B-Schools. |

I think one shouldn't be under the impression that all Indian MBAs are bad quality and all foreign MBAs are good or vice versa. Or that a foreign MBA would always score over an Indian MBA. There are variations all over and one has to analyze each situation on a case-by-case basis. |

education quality in abroad is higher as compared to indian education ..as we know there is none of indian universities in worlds top 20 universities or study centers. |

It is amusing to see so many hypotheses about home grown and foreign business talents ( earned through the prized MBA degrees), when most of these are to serve bankrupt financial institutions, manufacturing units that are on verge of closure or a cut-throat , dog-eating-the-dog telecom flop-shows. Does our over-focus on the degrees , rather than the talent and common-sense , result in the white-wash of innumerable companies in the last two years ? Is it relevant today to see what was the role played by MBAs ( who usually adorn the key, decision making posts , more because of the degree and the business owners who do not understand what is needed for their business ) in this downturn ? Just to clear the air from hype and fashion ! |
