It measures the extent to which you believe that they can achieve increasingly difficult levels of performance with respect to a specific task. a measure of self-efficacy with respect to quantitative performance and a measure of self-efficacy with respect to qualitative performance. It mainly depends on your confidence levels of quantity and quality for which one can respond positively when asked to indicate whether they believed that they could achieve the level of performance indicated. |

Task performance was also divided into two categories: quality and quantity. Performance quality was assessed by an inspection carried out by a professional quality that the individual brings to the table and whose services can be retained for the purpose.For managers its all about numbers , so the leader must be able to keep in mind the quantity of his work going on.
