After a change everyone has to work harher and harder

One of the misconceptions of Lean manufacturing is they believe that implementing lean manufacturing will eliminate number of worker in the manufacturing industry. But I think not at all true. After a change organisation will require more participation from employees because their input will be more heavily sought so they will not elminate employees. |

I fell most employees think that after a change, the environment in which they work require more hard work from them, but this is totally wrong. Once change is implemented to lean the focus of a Lean production system will be on how to change the way work is completed so that an team member's job become not only more efficient, but also easier.

I don't think that. We have examples like Ratan TATA who develops the whole area where he sets up any of his factories and even gives pensions to its employees. Also takes care of their families. Aren't they true nationalists? |
