No substitute of Hardwork

IF U DO HARD WORK IT'S GOOD BUT ALSO WITH IF U DO SMART WORK IT WILL BE MORE PRODUCTIVE FOR YOU AND YOUR COMPANY.

With practical experiences of 19.1yrs in Apparel and Fashion Industry, strongly beleiving into the topic as I started my Career as Trainee. But sometimes it is difficult to digest when I see that people whoever are not work oriented also gets good benefits

I still remember my days on field in 2002, when i used to travel from pillar to post and do cold calling to generate leads and that worked for me...it was hardwork in the year 2002. But that doesnt mean that i do the same today to generate leads, as we have got lot of others ways to generate quality leads and do business. You have got online community, online marketing, database of companies with key decision makers mail ID's and what not. So it would not be advisable to Climb 11 floor by staircase to meet your client, when you know that you have an ELEVATOR which can lead you to your destination in less time.

So Todays generation you need to Smart enough to use the ENERGY towards Hardwork.

Without working hard and just by sitting idle it will be hard for one to get success. Since from childhood and till now I always remember the sentence that my parents used to tell me "To be A better person in life and to get success  you have to work hard, The result of hard work is always fruitful,  
Today's world is a competitive world. Everyone here wants to be famous and wants success in his life. Whether he may be A successful boxer, sportsman, actor or writer his present position is only due to hard work.
There is a well known proverb "NO pain, NO gain" hard work never goes wasted .Although it may be later or sooner success comes to your feet. we can have a look towards the life of great People in the world like Mahatma Gandhi ,Napoleon ,Florence ??,Shakespeare ,Gautama buddha,Albert Einstein, Newton they all had struggled hard throughout their life
