Organization structure based on holarchy

There's need to be paradigm shift in organization structure. Right now in businesses, we have hierarchical management structures, employees and employers. Why not make concept of 'human rentals' a.k.a salaried/wage employment or job obsolete? Such structure is decentralized and scale free. It can be either cooperative or company or LLP legally. Enterprise as a platform. |
