How will you manage your outsourced production unit in China because companies that rely on outsourced products, have lots of new hurdles to clear and they have already faced one. "BAN ON TOYS FROM CHINA".

I think most important is hire a local agent, because doing business in China is not easy and one requires to know local chinese dialect, so hire local agent who is fluent in english and can translate what you say in local language. He can be your intermediate who can negotiate agreements, provide the right introductions...

u can hire the local agent so that he will touch u . whatever u need it will supply u& bound him for good material no tension about extra commmision u have to pay main thing is quality of product will be good

Most important is that you eliminate all the misconception on doing business in China,  Only then you can mange your outsourced manufacturing production...

Do not go for business in China, because it is trend or statistics indicate the profitability of doing so.

China offers a very hospitable, investor friendly environment, free of red tapism. This environment lasts till you set up your facility there. After that, you are at mercy of Chinese officials, local authorities and taxation. There are 2 sets of laws. One for Chinese companies & another for outsiders. China has many factories that do not produce anything, but earn millions of dollars by carbon credit.

It is advisable to take one's business to China, only if one has a valid, proven advantage as against other locations.

Clearly define your requirements, because you can't take any chances or take anything granted when doing business in China. Your product definition must specify not just how it will look and how it will operate, but also quality standards for every component, every subcomponent, and every material involved in the product’s construction.

If you have solid customers segment and your product is in regular supply and it belong brand product in any category never think to go china.First you will find degrade product life,second Quality of performance ,third is side effect of usability because still there are lot of people they donot know about material characteristics ,how much it is health hazardous.On over all conclusion it is not good deal.

Entire outsourcing industry works on 3 parameters faster cheaper & better.All these 3 parameters requires great depth of planning a good monitoring and controlling system and finally delivery.All other are revolving around these factors.
