Hi While outsourcing of Payroll is catching up in India, some of my
colleagues feel companies may also outsource the offer letter, joining
letter, initial formalities such as candidate filling the PF and other
details to external agencies. Do you agree with this. Will this be a pure
technology solution or partly technology & resource solution. Your

Its our idea sir. Sorry for posting it everywhere. I would be happy if you can spare some time write your comment on our thought. Will the outsourcing of most of the HR activities to external agencies affect the company adversely or will it benefit the company. Kindly share opinions .
