We have APGENCO for large scale generation business. Despite its efforts we many times face power shortages and shutdowns. This situation may be utilized by private firms to enter in to power generation.We know that the new Electricity ACT 2003 has given permission for any one to generate power and sell it. Being privileged as DISCOM, why not APEPDCL try to set up small scale conventional and non-conventional generation units? What are the possibilities and obstacles? Share ur views...

the nonconventional energysources like the wind enrgy are very much in nature why cant we find a cheap source of producing power by wind energy
