We all know about recession and we can talk about it a lot. since the volume of users are going up the service provider need to transport those traffic efficiently. So instead of asking the customers to go along with the diminishing service till the economic condition becomes normal, the service provider should focus on optimizing the network. |

Today according to me most of the customers switch the service providers because of the poor customer care. When the customers problems and doubts remain unsolved they are frustated and switch brands. Therefore retaining customers would help during this time of recession. And customer service is the key to it. |
