Running organised retail outlets is a challenge, most notably finding right kind of personnel is a challenge. Many of tasks at outlets can be automated using robotics. In such a format, the retail outlet involves online store which will let consumers browse,search products using live,high definition telepresense robots, the instore inventory will be rfid enabled. The online store will also combine a groupon like service for promoting day to day product promotions. Consumers can also shop offline at outlet but they will not enter it, they will use lcd displays installed at front of retail outlet which use same telepresense robots. Inside retail outlets, inventory will be managed by Kiva like robots which will fill empty shelves and deliver products to retail outlet front for consumer reaching there or for delivery to consumer's home. This format will eliminate need for maintaining large retail space with floor personnel. Only few people can manage the outlet including delivery staff. It also solves problem of petty theft and to maintaining large retail floor space for people.
